Reservations can be made by telephone and on the Internet until the day before the performance (5 p.m.), and tickets can be found at the ticket office at the concert hall by 20 minutes before the performance.

Customers who have reserved a performance should present their reservation number, ID card (resident registration card, driver's license, etc.) and reservation confirmation result (Internet reservation screen, printer, etc.).

You can get a 10% discount if you book through the Daejeon City Choir Theater website.

Please note that telephone/Internet reservations are not available on the day of the performance.

You can buy it at the ticket office one hour before the show begins, and if it's sold out, you can't buy it on the spot.

However, even if the tickets are sold out in advance, we can sell the canceled tickets on-site 15 minutes before the show starts, so please call us in advance.

If you book a group ticket for more than 20 people 2 days before the performance (5 p.m. on weekdays), you will get a discount.

However, you need to contact the Daejeon City Choir Company Secretariat to give you a discount.

Cancellation is only possible until the day before the performance (at 5 p.m.)

You have to cancel the ticket refund directly, by phone, or via the Internet where you reserved the ticket.

It is not possible to cancel some of the purchased tickets, change the date/time/class/seat location. You have to cancel the entire existing reservation and rebook it.

If you receive a refund due to an event problem, you will not be charged a separate fee.
